3 Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Today we will be sharing with you a new favorite snack/breakfast meal. It is an easy 3 ingredient banana oatmeal cookie recipe that we know you will love!

Literally, all you need to make this recipe are bananas, oatmeal and cocoa powder. Yes, that is it!

What is so ideal about these cookies is that they make a delightful breakfast on-the-go, they’re perfect for lunch boxes, and basically a really easy snack to make and great to grab and go.

Did I mention this recipe is vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free?┬áThese are probably the healthiest cookies you’ll ever eat!

Healthy Chocolate Oat Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • Optional additional ingredients (raisins, nuts, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, ground cinnamon, soy milk)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper or coat with cooking spray.

Mash together the 2 ripe bananas with a fork until. Add in the 1.5 cup of oatmeal and 2 tbsp of cacao powder and mix together until it forms a consistency of thick cookie batter.

If you have any additional add-in mix them in together with the cookie batter (I usually add raisins and coconut flakes).

Scoop about a tablespoon of the dough and place them evenly on your baking sheet. You should have about 12 cookies.

Cook for about 10 minutes in the 350-degree oven.

Cool for about 5 minutes then they’re ready to enjoy!

NOTE: Make sure you flatten the dough into a cookie shape before cooking as these cookies will not spread.
