- 1/2 lemon
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 2 whole avocados (or 1 large)
- 3 tbs of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of broccoli
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1/4 cup of coriander
- A pinch of mint leaves
- 250ml of fresh water
